Dietary patterns profoundly influence the pharmacological effectiveness of allopathic medicines in diabetes management. This study investigates how specific dietsââ¬âMediterranean, lowââ¬âcarbohydrate, plantââ¬âbased, and lowââ¬âglycaemic indexââ¬âaffect glycaemic control and drug efficacy. Using a mixedââ¬âmethod approach combining systematic review and quantitative analysis, the findings reveal that balanced dietary patterns enhance drug performance, reduce dosage requirements, and improve patient outcomes. The paper also provides practical dietary recommendations to optimize medication efficacy and longââ¬âterm metabolic health.
